All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and take approximately 5 to 7 days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. Orders are processed for 2-3 business days before shipping.
We are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen items. If your tracking number states that it has been delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for any items that state have been delivered.
If items have not been received they can be located by using your tracking number, or contacting your local post office.
All sales are final and there are no refunds. Exchanges can be made within 5 business days of receiving your order in original plastic packaged, re-sellable condition, with sales receipt. We sell 100% virign mink brazilian hair and Raw Indian hair. Our virgin Hair is weighted 3.0-3.2oz and hand sewed on a weft, so the wefts will be different between each bundle. Our Raw unprocessed indian hair is weighted 3.5oz single donor and will come in variations of brown. Our hair can be colored to 613 and styled in any way you desire.
Treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. (Redken shampoo and conditioner highly recommended). Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your virgin and raw hair once per week, and avoid using oil or heavy styling products.
